2. Booking Policy

• A booking is considered confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from Kaka Travels

• Vehicle type and driver details may be shared prior to the journey

• Confirmation does not guarantee a specific vehicle color or model variant, only the selected category

4. Local Taxi Service Terms

Our local taxi service in Delhi includes travel within city limits for a defined duration or distance.

• Local usage includes city travel only

• Extra distance or extended hours may incur additional charges

• Driver duty hours are calculated from pickup time

• Breaks taken at customer request are included in duty time

5. Outstation Taxi Service Terms

Outstation taxi services cover travel outside Delhi city limits.

• Distance is calculated from garage to garage unless otherwise specified

• Minimum distance per day may apply

• Multi-day trips are calculated on a per-day basis

• Night halt charges for drivers may apply for long journeys

Route changes requested during the trip may affect final charges.

6. Airport Taxi Service Terms

Kaka Travels provides airport pickup and drop services for all terminals.

• Customers must share correct flight details

• Delays due to incorrect flight information are not our responsibility

• Waiting time may apply for extended delays

• Pickup timing is scheduled as per shared flight schedule

7. Payment Terms

• Payment modes are confirmed during booking

• Full or partial advance payment may be required

• Remaining payment must be cleared before or immediately after trip completion

• Non-payment or delayed payment may result in legal action

All payments are subject to agreed terms at the time of booking.

8. Cancellation Policy

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.

11. Vehicle Usage Rules

Violation of these rules may result in trip termination without refund.

14. Breakdown and Replacement Policy

• No additional liability will be accepted for delays due to breakdown
